I am learning Redshift, but I encountered an issue with the texture. I followed a tutorial by Ellie on Cineversity: https://cineversity.maxon.net/es/tutorials/live-project-breakdown-animate-light-texture

I unwrapped the object, saved the texture, and edited it in Photoshop. Then, I created a new Redshift Standard Material, and added a node with the image saved in Photoshop in PNG format. I could see the image in the preview screen, but when I tried to render it in the Redshift Render View, the texture didn't work and appeared black.

I tried different formats (PSD, PNG, JPG), but none of them worked. The texture only worked when the program created a new save path for the texture, but if you restart the program, it doesn't work again.
How can i solve this problem?

My version of cinema 4D is 2024.4.1 and I worked on iMac 2020 64GB and AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB

I have very little to go on. Typically, I need a project file, but my best guess is that it is not directly solvable with that.

Please download the file below.
https://stcineversityprod02.blob.core.windows.net/$web/Cineversity_Forum_Support/2024_PROJECTS_DRS/20240615_CV4_2024_drs_24_TXpn_01.zip

Open it and see if you get a rendered image in the RS Render View, as I have (see screenshot inside the folder). I have also placed the RS Asset manager in the screenshot. Does it look the same on your screen?

If it opens black, allow the system to optimize the texture momentarily.

If nothing works, please check with tech support.

One tip: Check if that also happens when you save your project with Assets to a USB thumb drive, and the texture is in a tex folder. This is just to exclude read-and-write issues.

Anyway, sorry that you have that problem. It's not fun.

My best wishes
