But I wanted to bring it back up, because it's so perplexing.<br />
If I double click on a 2026 C4D project, it will instead open that project in 2025. I regularly have to open the project from within C4D 2026. It's a small thing, but the hassle adds up on a (busy) daily basis.</p>
<p dir="auto">What I don't understand, is why this hasn't sorted itself out, as everything is updated on my machine.</p>

<p dir="auto">Studio M1 Ultra<br />
Tahoe 26.6.1<br />
C4D 2026.3.3</p>
<p dir="auto">Everything works as expected, on my M4 Max MBP. And all other apps on my M1 Ultra will open the most current versions; so it's just a Cinema 4D issue.</p>
