<![CDATA[Double-clicking Cinema Project Opens old Version]]>I actually posted about this, a few years back. But I wanted to bring it back up, because it's so perplexing.
If I double click on a 2026 C4D project, it will instead open that project in 2025. I regularly have to open the project from within C4D 2026. It's a small thing, but the hassle adds up on a (busy) daily basis.

What I don't understand, is why this hasn't sorted itself out, as everything is updated on my machine.

Details:

Studio M1 Ultra
Tahoe 26.6.1
C4D 2026.3.3

Everything works as expected, on my M4 Max MBP. And all other apps on my M1 Ultra will open the most current versions; so it's just a Cinema 4D issue.
