I'm trying to figure out the best CD4 (ver  R21)  tool to cleanly modify an existing polygon mesh.<br />
In my example, I'm trying to modify a character to look pregnant, like pushing a sphere  from the inside. Since it will be used for a morph, the polygon indexes must stay the same. I tried using the brush tools but I get a "lumpy" mess. If I could start with a simple sphere, I could smooth it into shape.</p>

<p dir="auto">Besides that, the typical modeling way would be to use a soft selection in Point Mode. Then pull and scale the points in the direction you like to have.</p>
