I use the preset IK rig , I move the character backward and the hand follows with a small movement.<br />
Pulling back the elbow pops or say the elbow locks to the limit on the rig.<br />
Is there a way to keep a sort of tension on the arm to prevent that?</p>

I'm sure adjusting the poles a little bit might help. The little Pyramids behind the "character."</p>
