As for those earlier released tutorials, you must use the Legacy Solver options in the Cloth Sim. (I haven't tested it this way, though.)

I have no Project-file from your side, so I have no idea what the setup is. Perhaps the file above can clear the setup. I have done this in 2023.1; as usual, I never rely on past data, and things might have changed. So, this is a fresh new file.
