CV Tool Box not working in Cinema 4D 2023.2.0

Hi,

I've been trying to install CV Toolbox 2.17, but it doesn't show up.
It has worked in previous version, this is a fresh macOS monterey and Cinema 4D install.

I've copied the folder to:

/Users/*user-name*/Library/Preferences/Maxon/Maxon Cinema 4D_98ADCA63/plugins

Console shows the following error:

  File "/Users/*user-name*/Library/Preferences/Maxon/Maxon Cinema 4D_98ADCA63/plugins/CV-Toolbox/CV-Toolbox.pypv", line 113, in <module>
ModuleNotFoundError:No module named 'cvToolboxCore'

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

Hi there!

I'm sorry, i don't have an anwser but i'm also looking to any solution to this.
CV Toolbox was and IS a great tool for any c4d user, so please Maxon, get it running again, please!

My workaround was to install the plugins without CV-Toolbox (in my case CV-Tokens).
That works fine.

@Vicoustic You are a life saver! Totally works. Didnt remember we could actually get the individual files.

in my case was cv-layers. The layer manager in c4d lacks a few simple stuff the cv layers does! And one thing that is sooo stressful is that you cannot shift-click to select multiple layers... only ctrl+click one by one...

@regular-river You have to download the plugins that you want to use and put the folder in the preferences folder. For example:
Maxon Cinema 4D 2023_3BE69839 / plugins / plugins / CV-Tokens (depends on the plugin that you want to use)

It is a project we have inherited from someone. It's asking for CV-line when we open the project.
