URGENT - Maxon contact

Hi,
I understand this isn't the correct place to try and get a response from Maxon but I've filled in their contact form twice (over 2 weeks ago) and opened a support ticket, but I've still not had any replies..
I need to talk to someone about the 40th Anniversary sale so it was a pressing matter, but now the sale has ended and I still haven't had any communication...
PLEASE someone respond from the Maxon team!
