How to install maxon RLM license server

so looking at this how to

the download link is called redshift…

where as looking at this how to

it says the rpm file is called maxonlicenseserver…

im bit confused

so can this license c4d/redgiant etc not just redshift as i want this maxon RLM license server to license all maxon apps not just redshift?
