      Hello, I didn't update my credit card in time.
      My Cinema 4D license is no longer available.
      I was able to replace my credit card on the 2checkout.com website, but they can't do anything.
      I sent a ticket to Maxon support, but haven't received a response yet. Will they be able to reactivate my license? and when ? (I'd hate to have to buy a new license because of the plugins).
      Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

        Were you able to clear that?

        Sorry, I have no insight in the option of renewal.

        If the ticket you opened did not create a solution, I will check what I can do.
