c4d Licence problem

Hello, I didn't update my credit card in time.
My Cinema 4D license is no longer available.
I was able to replace my credit card on the 2checkout.com website, but they can't do anything.
I sent a ticket to Maxon support, but haven't received a response yet. Will they be able to reactivate my license? and when ? (I'd hate to have to buy a new license because of the plugins).
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, thank you so much ! it's ok now, support told me to simply buy another subscription on maxon website and that it !
I'm not used to subscriptions, and I thought I would have to change the serial numbers of my plug-ins.
