Cineversity Tutorial Help Button Leads to Locked Thread

I’m following the crab tutorial, and am on the section “Introduction to UVs and Body Paint”.
I am signed in, click Help to leave a comment, and I am led to a thread without any way to add to it. In general, I do not see a way to make a post.
In the thread “Why Can’t I Post in the Forums” pinned to the top, it says to click on the Help button the specific video (what I was doing already).

Sorry for your trouble. I hope the Admins have a look into that ASAP. Please allow a few days, as we had Thanksgiving here, and I do not expect anyone to clear this up before Monday. Thanks for your post and your patience.

It is locked if I go to a browser where I'm not logged in.
