Is anyone getting this issue, just updated to the latest version of 2023 and it's frustrating. the playhead takes a few seconds and is lagging all over the timeline. I tried turning off a few effects and things but it keeps lagging. Also crashing, I think I'm on crash 6 for the day.

Mospline making weird line thats not part of spline
Im trying to make a camera dolly move and every time I put a mospline to smooth out the timing it creates a point that does not exist in the spline. I did this with no problems 2 days ago and even looked up videos but I keep getting this random straight line out of any spline I make. Any ideas? I attached a photo.
PLA Keyframes not rendering in with FBX
I attached a video of what I’m doing to help me understand better. I’m trying to export an animated FBX for an AR project.
It’s a basic book model with an expresso, After animating it I go into “function” to bake the keyframes to export as FBX but the animation looks off and the fbx export has no animation to it. I even went in manually and animated the bend deformers and then baked the animation and I still get no animation on my fbx export. the only thing that moves on the fbx export are the buckles that open and shut the book and they are part of the expresso rig, so I don't really know what is going on.
A moderator told me to bake in PLA, on the older forum and that it would produce a folder, I did that but it does not produce a second folder than can go with my animation. I'm so lost and all I need to do is export a model with a simple animation into another 3d program.
The AR software doesn't even mention asking for a folder for the fbx animation, what is another way to bake a 4-second animation into a file for use in another program?
