There could be many reason CV-Toolbox could not be working correctly.

Why is there a login screen on CV-Toolbox startup/the CV-Toolbox login doesn't work.
This error means that CV-Toolbox has been installed incorrectly, as the sign-in screen should not pop up.
This usually indicates that CV-Toolbox was installed in the wrong folder, or there is another instance of CV-Toolbox somewhere in your Cinema4D folder that is conflicting.
A solution: "Shutdown C4D and delete the CV-Toolbox folder that is created in the C4D root folder. Then launch Cinema and it should work."

Why am I only seeing a couple plugins available?
This is caused by the MyMaxon account you are logged into through Cinema 4D does not have a Cineversity License attached to it. If you believe you should have Cineversity access, but don't, please check this thread: Why Is My Cineversity Subscription/License Not Working?

Why is XYZ plugin/asset not appearing in CV-Toolbox?
This is because the plugin you are trying to use is not compatible with the version of Cinema 4D you are using. Please check the plugin's page on the old Cineversity website to see which versions the plugin or app you are trying to use is compatible.
