Hey everyone. I have something that is confusing me.

I have a matrix object with mode set to "object" and has RS object pulling plants onto the object. (growing plants on geometry). I added a plain effector set to -1 uniform scale (so the plants grow with a vertex map), and a spherical field.

All is well and good (plant do grow) but the matrix object is also putting the plants in the center of the scene before the animation growth. See attached. Why is this happening? The plants do eventually disappear but not after 30 frames or so.

I think it has to do with the scaling plain effector, but why?

      Hi KJC_creates,

Please have a look at the Redshift Render Tag> Particles.

Below the list of Object entries, you will find an option to Switch to "Source Object Visibility".
If checked, that center object vanishes. I feel the check box is inverse, but whatever makes it work, use it.

      Is this working for you?

      All the best
