    Hello Dr. Sassi,

I hope that you are doing fine.

I have small issue, I'm trying to create tire skid marks system using the "tracer+sweep" approach.
However, I'm not able to keep texture pattern fixed, it constantly keeps stretching as the spline grows, and it ruins my tire pattern.

If you manage to find a time, I would glad if you could land me some advice - what's the best way to approach this issue.

WeTransfer link to project file is here: https://we.tl/t-sv8Etvdl7H

    Thanks in advance,
    Antonio

      Hi Antonio,

Thanks for the file and for using Wetransfer.

      Here is a simplified example:
      https://projectfiles.maxon.net/Cineversity_Forum_Support/2024_PROJECTS_DRS/20241211_CV4_2025_drs_24_TXan_01.zip

In your project, set the Play mode from cycle to simple, then let it run from start to finish to get the full Tracer result.

      login-to-view

Click on tracer and use the "Object Manager> Object> Current State To Object" function.
This gives you all four Splines.
I would use the "Main Menu> Spline> Segments> Explode" the spline to get all four.
Then set the Sweep as in the example, where it just grows.

Please let me know if you run into any problems.

      Cheers
