      Hi everyone,

Are monthly automatic renewals no longer offered by Maxon?

I have a monthly Maxon One subscription going back 2 and a half years, and it always renews automatically on the last business day of the month. About a week ago I received the following email from Maxon:

We regret to inform you that due to an unforeseen technical issue with one of our vendors we are currently unable to renew web orders, and have temporarily disabled automatic renewal. Rest assured, we have taken measures to minimize the impact on your experience. For all current customers, your existing subscription will continue uninterrupted during this outage so you can continue your use of Maxon products. We are urgently working on restoring full functionality as soon as possible, and we’ll contact you soon with instructions to resume your subscription.

That was a week ago, and I haven't received an updates. I emailed customer service to ask what's up, and while they were able to extend my existing license by a week (it was supposed to expire today) they couldn't offer any explanations for what's going on. They just told me to purchase a new license. I'm happy to do it, but I just want to make sure I don't end up getting double-billed when these technical issues are resolved and my subscription resumes.

      -Thanks

        Hi trip-post,

There was a change in the subscription software/system. The target was, of course, to make it as flawless as possible.
If that hasn't worked, then please use Sales or Tech Support from that list here:
        https://www.maxon.net/en/support-center

Since we live in weird times, please, in any case, use the official ways to respond to it, not via email, just in case it is a phishing email or any other weird hacker stuff, not something Maxon has sent out. (Yes, I'm overly careful about this.)

        Sorry for any inconvenience!

Please let me know if none of these (Tech Support or Sales) is working.

        Cheers
