I tried to export a separate pass for the RS Sky Object, but neither the RS Object Tag with an Object ID, nor a Puzzle Matte, nor a Background Object gave me a satisfying result. The sky isn't seen by the cryptomatte. And an alpha channel is also not produced. Using the override "force alpha to zero" on the Sky Object itself came closest to what I'm looking for – but unfortunately, it also breaks the beauty pass.

Would be nice if so can help me. THX

        Hi Radio Metric,

Please share your Alpha Settings. Is "Separate Alpha" off? I can't see that it breaks the Beauty pass. Would you mind to share what "Break" means?

I found a workaround. Skyobject with RS render tag and ID to 1. i used a cryptomatte, depth to 1. so everything was covered, except the sky. inverted the alpha and had a mask for the sky in AE.

            Thanks for the reply, Radiometric.

If that works for you, good.
Why the Alpha is not working would be good to know.
