Clicking the download button for the project file redirects to the Cineversity start page instead of staying on the page and displaying an error message. Furthermore, the legacy download mentioned at the beginning of the series does not include CV-PlaneSmart, and there appears to be no other download option available on Cineversity.

Hi beyond-secretary,
I will add a note to the Site-Issues, as I can't find the file, so that needs care from the one running the Back-End of Cineversity.
The project file seems to be a simple Photoshop file, with a few layers, nothing else. Plane Smart doesn't show up in 2026.0 .
The core part of those older options was the CV-Tool box. How long it (if at all) will work is not clear to me.
https://cineversity.maxon.net/en/series/cineversity_resources?tutorial=cv_toolboxThe added note to part one of the CV-Tool Series tells:
IMPORTANT:
CV-Toolbox has been discontinued. You can download the legacy plugins and scripts on Maxon's download page under "Cineversity Legacy Downloads": https://www.maxon.net/en/downloads
These plugins and scripts may not work on the most recent versions of Cinema 4D.The R12 content might be not be compatible with any Version after R19. Yes, it tells R12+, and I would think that it needs some more care. Sorry about that. (I guess here, missing things to explore and check.)
Are you using Cinema 4D before that (R19) version, if so, I will check if there is a download somewhere. All the best

P.S.: Since the project file would have been pretty much just a loaded PSD, the link now has a new PSD.
If Plane Smart is compatible with the version you run (meaning a much older version), then please open the PSD with PlaneSmart. The thank you for this quick fix goes to our great Admin and Senior Project Coordinator.
I hope that fixes the problem, and again, sorry for the trouble.

For newer versions of Cinema 4D, I would suggest using this mini example:
https://projectfiles.maxon.net/Cineversity_Forum_Support/2025_PROJECTS_DRS/20251023_CV4_2026_drs_25_ANpl_01.zip
Please note that the Plane Objects have Integer User Data. This data is used to switch the Layer in the PS file. (The Entry in the User Data Node must match the name of the object User Data. The Layers are selected first in the Tex Node.
BTW, the Ps file is the one used in the Download, but I included it here as well.Cheer
