Timeline seconds instead of Frames

Hi, is there a way to show my animationtime in seconds (not frames)?
I found that:

But this shortcut (strg+t to switcht between frames and seconds) doesn´t work.

1. Go to the Preferences - Units - and Chose animation units to show in Numerical Fields
2. Right Click on Timeline (Powerslider) - Options - Use Time Format
