Timeline, manipulating a couple of frames

Hi there,

There must be a way, surely.
Let's say I want to align all the highlighted frames (in the blue circles) to the level of the others (moving them down). I can do it manualy, but there is no accuracy, so my values are displaying unwanted value with decimals.. How can I do it with accuracy?
