Yes, that is more my take on it. Sometimes I even increase the number of Tracks (Features, as others would call it).
I have learned this from many courses I took over the years for Match Mover, Boujou, PF Track, and of course, Syntheyes, and I transferred this knowledge to the Tracker in Cinema 4D. I also had the pleasure to know the developer of it, and he explained his project back in 2005 in London to us during a PXC group meeting. So I can't take full credit for it. 🙂
