My computer keeps on freezing from this pop up window

My cinema 4d keeps on freezing whenever this icon appears. It looks like a pop window that can never close. The only way I know how to fix this is to force quit. does anyone have an answer that doesn't involve force quitting?I know there must be a simple answer, although I can't find it anywhere.
