CV Toolbox Planesmart in 2024

When I upgraded to 2024 and installed the new updated CV Toolbox, Planesmart doesn't seem to work the same. The tool appears as normal in the menu lineup (though without the options gear) but when I load a PSD file into the field, no objects appear. The textures seem to be loaded normally, but the generator appears to be empty.

Am I the only one? In which case, is the best option to uninstall/reinstall CV Toolbox and try again? I hate doing that since in fixing one thing I generally break another.

Having the exact same problem seems like the 2024 c4d update broke Planesmart...no matter the reinstall or anything

The FAQ you are referencing is for a different issue with the CV Toolbox, not Planesmart.
That said, it seems you've encountered a known issue with the Planesmart we've documented and already reported to our development team. We still appreciate you bringing this up, as it helps us understand the scope of the problem and prioritize its resolution.
The only workaround I can offer at the moment is rolling back to 2023.2. The plane smart object does appear to work as expected in this version.
