[FAQ] Why Is My Cineversity Subscription/License Not Working?

    This is one that we unfortunately cannot help with you too much. Your Cineversity Subscription/License is tied to your Mymaxon.net account.

    1. Go to MyMaxon.net and login with your account information.
    2. scroll down and see if you have a Cineversity License attached to your account.
      2a. If you don't see a Cineversity license, but If you believe you should have a Cineversity license, then you will need to open a support ticket with Maxon.
      2b. If you see a Cineversity license, but you still cannot view or access certain tools or tutorials, then you will need to open a support ticket with Maxon.
      2c. If you are part of an ORG account, you will need your supervisor to issue you a Cineversity license. It is the same protocol as issuing a license for any of Maxon's products.
