    Hallo, Cineversity is part of my employers subscription. The agency I am working for is already registered at Maxon. I am already signed in and still, I am forced to register for a File download in Cineversity. I had to wait for an email with a download link that did not work, Bad Request - Invalid URL. This happened on several occasions. The Registration for every Download is redundant, disruptive and not even working . Please fix this - Thank you.

      Hi beyond-secretary,

      Yes, I get the same form! The download is from a YouTube Show, where no account is required (hence the form), and obviously, that is just taken for Cineversity.
      Please don't read this like from a chatbot, but I am sorry that this happened! I can understand that this is annoying. I would be.

      I will forward this and hope we can get this sorted out better. For now, I can ask only for some patience, as it is the weekend, and no one can help me with this right now.

      My best wishes.

        @Dr-Sassi
        Hi Dr. Sassi, Thanks a lot for your reply. The downloadlink on Cineversity is now working properly. Please apologize for my overly frustrated tone.
        Best wishes

          Hi Frank Ohliger,

          I think any mood I got in the past two decades in any forum we have run, I have also experienced on my own. So I have no real problems with it. But you were just fine; nothing to apologize for.
          Thanks for your kind reply; very much appreciated.

          Thank you as well for updating this. It's nice that it is working now.

          Have a great day.
