Surface Problem in Modeling
-
Hello everyone.
I am using version 2025.1.1.
I am having a problem with the surface of a modeling.
There is a chamfer in the modeling. I export this model in obj format and use it in Adobe After Effect software and wrap an image on its surface. But there is a problem in the chamfer area of the model and there is no continuity in the image.
I share these errors with screenshots.
Could there be a problem with the surface of the model? How do you think I can solve this problem?Thank you.

Hi chocolate-argument,
Please share a file; images do not tell me much.
I can't see if there is a polygon problem or a UV setup problem, perhaps both.Place your model under a Remesh
Select the Remesh, and Object Manager> Object> Current State To Object.
This new object is the one we use next, so set all the other objects to invisible and inactive.Select from the new object all Polygons.
Switch to the UV layout/interface.
On the lower left is an Automatic UV; choose Packed and click Apply.Place the material with the image on that new object.
Render. If that is not working, please share the model as a c4d file, just the object in the scene.
All the best
