Viewport Freezing While Working in Cinema 4D

Hello,

While working in Cinema 4D, I’ve been running into an issue where the viewport randomly freezes. It doesn’t seem tied to any specific action or tool... it just happens sporadically.

To clarify, the application itself doesn't fully crash. There’s a brief system-wide freeze, but then Cinema 4D resumes... except the viewport remains stuck, frozen on whatever was last being displayed. I’m still able to interact with the Object Manager, save the scene, and technically continue working in the background... but the viewport doesn't update until I restart the application.

I recall a similar issue from a few years back that was related to an Nvidia driver.

At the time, there was a specific driver version recommended to avoid viewport problems. Are there any known issues currently being reported that might be similar?
