Been using Cinema for years and this never been happening before - here's the video of the simple example with cubes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hy5TnIsRTRefR2g3wjzAGZAITakCMVoG/view?usp=sharing

Please look into that because this is ridiculous.

        Hi Krimm,

You have shared no new data, except that it is not specific to a single model.
This is OK with me, so please check with tech support.
I'm not supposed to do tech support things here; what I can do is share my findings.

Yes, I have watched your video and have reproduced the workflow, but I can't reproduce your problem.

Not with the Cube settings (Segments) nor when I cut this as in your video.

Perhaps the tech support can help you locate the problem.

        My best wishes.

Thanks for looking into it. It's wild that it's the same thing on different PCs though. Looks like it's something has to do with compatibly / hardware.

            Hi Krimm,

It seems to be a combination; hence, I can't reproduce it.
            Please check with support.

One favor to ask, I can understand that you are annoyed by the problem. One thing is clear, Cineversity is not a platform to express this in any way you might find fit. Your tone is pretty much borderline; remember, we have an audience of all ages here. Keep it professional. Thank you.

            All the best

P.S.: I will keep an eye on the reports, if anything similar is coming in.
If any suggestion is made to get this fixed, I will share it here.
I see only one entry so far, and it is with Windows/NVIDIA; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti; version 12
Please create a ticket; the more data is provided, the more a problem can be covered to solve it completely. Thank you.

Yeah, I created a ticket. Added that one machine is on Win 11 another is on Win 10 also, so my best guess is something with the CPU compatibly perhaps.

                  Thank you very much, Krimm.

I have added a note to that report based on what I got so far from here.

Fingers crossed, this is soon history. Sorry that you have to endure that.

                  My best wishes.

Alright, so I got a swift reply from support. Both bugs are known and being worked on and should be fixed on the next update.
