CV Extensions still usable / a thing??

Just opened C4D and wandered over to the Console to review what's happening and I'm seeing a ton of CV things noted in the Python report. What's the current state of affairs with any/all of the CV extensions? Seems like they're very dated and more likely to cause lag and problems. Is it time to uninstall all of these?

I have not installed them in a while, and only if I have a question if it works in a newer version. Which is not easy to answer, as I can't stress test each for a day or so. So, I try to see them as EOL.
Sorry for the delay, but I had to ask.
You can download and install these manually, but there is no support anymore, e.g., no updates as far as I got it.
If the Python source is Python v2, it might cause trouble.
Sorry, I have no better news.
