I'm trying to create a particle system like the one in the image, but I can't quite get the look right. I'm trying to do it with Matrix and Shade Effector, with different levels, but I can't seem to get it right. Does anyone know how to do it correctly?
The animation is from this video https://youtu.be/9TLNDJH9E98?si=ShN-pHyhsoPpn766 minute 1:12.Thanks for a lot

Hi evidence-due,
I try to avoid using the term "correctly", as it sets a stop in creativity, like best practice, until someone comes up with a better idea. There is always something more, something different, and everyone can get there. But I get what you want.
Please have a look here, this is one way, and here is a sketch.

Frame zero and one frame forward, all is done, render. The setup uses a Plane and a Displacer. (A Landscape object might work as well)
The "Math" object changes the radius of the new particles, simulating different distances.
In the Surface Emitter, you will find a Density Distribution, just to get closer to the chaos the Universe provides.
I hope that is a supportive starting point. Tip: Explore a second setup larger and in distance, with smaller particles.
Enjoy your project

P.S.: Here are two files to explore, which may lead to the next steps. Just a few ideas wildly combined. Switch on and off anything that places forces or direction into the scene (I have marked the five influences with a color chip)

Hello Dr. Sassi,
First of all, thank you so much for taking a moment to answer my question.
My main problem is how to start with an explosion so that the particular can then be positioned and stopped (I'm achieving braking with friction). -
Hello, evidence due,
Here is a little sketch, an explosion, creating shapes, then sucked into a black hole.
Please explore the Caching options when the flow is to your liking, while stopping is not based on friction. The "Stop" is easy to Art-Direct when the flow is to your liking and you want to define how it stops. With Time Mapping, you can control it very precisely and even ease into a stop or ease out from a stop. Furthermore, a short backward movement might even increase the impact, as it introduces an event then the action.
Example (not cached)

P.S.: Here is the "Three Act Adoption" of a Noseman file from this show:
https://www.youtube.com/live/4BXPxcRwVBc?si=J1-lHXieOBdnO5IA&t=940I changed it so it creates the structure first, then sets all particles to zero, moves them to the initial form, and finally sucks them all into the "Black Hole".
