RS light linking issue

Hello - I have a problem with light linking in RS. It seems that lights do not properly obey object exclusion when passing through transparent object![Light_Linking.jpg](Image dimensions are too big) . Diffuse, shadows, and specular all seem to work properly based on the outside of the object. See attached image. Caustics also DO NOT obey light linking (not pictured). I'm on C4D 2023.1.3 and RS 3.5.13
Any thoughts how to remedy this bug?

I have two spheres included, just in case. Images tell a little bit, but typically they don't give the whole story. I like project files. They work, or they don't.
The Transmission Slider in the Light makes the difference.
Please share for future questions a project file. Thank you.
If you think that should be done with the Exclude list, please check with Tech Support.
