Advanced Biped rig

Hi Guys

Im a rookie in rigging and using the Advanced Biped rig (preset in C4D)

I have a problem with rotating , for instance I want to rotate the shoulder
but I cannot find the proper controller for that.
But when I Reset Pose the proper controllers appear and I can use it.
But after that I cannot get back to the IK controls.
Anyone a suggestion for me??

Hi Dr Sassi
Im newly into rigging and you gave me help already with Advanced Biped rig.
Question, I cannot find where the "Clavicle control" is.
I used it yesterday but now I only see - Arm twist, Elbow Lock and Stretch.
Ik want to switch from IK to FK
Any idea what Im missing???
