IK Rig issue

Hello,
i am facing quite weird issue - i have a pretty simple IK rig using a spline and spline wrap over the cylinder. it works fine, however when i put that into the null which later i animate the position of the master null up and down, the rig breaks and keeps flickering. I tried to bake it as alembic, but it keeps on flickering anytime there is Y motion to the master null.
I would be super grateful for some hints - i dont think this is anything extremely difficult or anything, just something i dont understand how it works.

It is hard to tell what you have set up without a project file. (Next time, please, just the file, also images or video have very little information)
Here is an example. In this file, I use the option to set the Skin to Objet space so the Joints and all the parts of it can stay where they are. The Deformer would move those (e.g., Goal and Pole).

thank you very much for a quick answer yes, true i guess its quite difficult to assess without files - i quickly simplified the project leaving just the geo and as youd scrub through the timeline there flickering to the limbs happening which only happen as i gather when the limbs are inside the Null object which moves up and down.
