This Site Issue forum is for questions like, "Why can't I access the Q&A Forum?".

In the first year of version four of this forum, we handled that more loosely, but after that year, to keep the forum organized, that is no longer the case.

For questions, please share an example file with the problem.
If I see it correctly in you images, why do you have switched off Use Secondary Rays?
