If you check out the link below, it states that the "full red result" is a cmd-z problem.

Pixelation can have many reasons. I do not have that shader from Hello Luxx, so without anything to go on, I have no option but to suggest something.

I think the right place to ask would be hello luxx itself, I'm sure they like to know if something isn't working.
