RE: Constraint tag and protectionposted in Question & Answers
I need to create this animation. I followed the tutorials on connecting rods, but it seems that the “protection” tag is causing a delay in the keyframes. When the animation keyframes stop, the objects continue to move or settle into position to reach their final destination.

Constraint tag and protectionposted in Question & Answers
I'm creating a crankshaft-connecting rod rig (similar to this one). I'm sending the simplified project. There's an animation group that moves vertically. Inside it is Object A, which is pointing at Target B.
Object B is outside this group and has a “Clamp” constraint tag pointing to Object A, as well as a “Protection” tag to make it move along track C. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work well because when the animation ends, the objects keep moving—I think due to lag. I’ve noticed that removing the “Protection” tag fixes this issue, but then the movements aren’t correct anymore. What can I do to make it work properly?

RE: distribution type advanced in cloner objectposted in Tutorial Suggestions
I'm trying to arrange a group of boxes spaced o mm apart along a spline, as if they were on a ribbon. The problem is that I don't know how to do this on curves. I've noticed that with the new “Bead Distribution” cloning mode, the curves look good, but I'd like the boxes to be spaced apart along the curve so they don't overlap. I've tried using fields, but it doesn't work the way I want. Are there other methods? The boxes must be at a precise distance from each other, and I need to move them along multiple splines without using “Clone Count” and then moving the “End” to snap them together. “Spline Wrap” doesn’t work because it distorts the boxes.
The boxes must always be perpendicular to the floor.thanks

Starting the animation with a fieldposted in Question & Answers
I have an animated object inside a linear clone. The clone itself has an animated translation. Is it possible to start the animation of the object inside the clone using a field? So that the animation starts from the point where the field is located and ends based on the keyframe values, rather than the width of the field as shown in this tutorial.

freeze some point durng cloth simulationposted in Tutorial Suggestions
I'm simulating a sheet of paper being wrapped around a box to create a gift package. I'm using a cloth with colliders. Is there a way to freeze only certain points halfway through the animation so that they stay still when I move the collider?

RE: The clones move along an oval spline with an offset and must also translate along an axis based on another splineposted in Question & Answers
No, that's not what I'm looking for.
In reality, I have two objects moving along spline A. Object 2 is in turn pushed forward by a cam/guide, so it needs to maintain the same position and speed as the first clone. I'll give you an example of how both objects move, but I need the offset of object 2 to be the same as that of the spline.
In this case, I used a Plane Deformer with the field to give you an idea, but the displacement should be equal to the distance of spline B.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
