Delete Duplicate Materials Doesn't Work!

When I try and utilize the "Delete Duplicate Materials" function, nothing happens!
The "Delete Unused Materials" works.
Any idea what might be going on?
This applies to Standard, Physical & RS. -

I can confirm this. I will write a report. I went back to an older version to see if it works there, and it does. So clearly, someone has to take a look at it. Thanks for pointing this out!
I currently have no workaround on my mind for that Other than opening the file in an older version, but that might cause problems elsewhere, so nope - I don't have a workaround, as it seems to have a mind on its own.
