      Hello,
I am looking to animate a logo for work, and I wanted to get an idea of the best practice and approach for something that is very bespoke, and needs to have an accurate lock up.
I wanted to use C4D for the additional control and animation approach to give it more character and make it more dynamic.
The logo in question is below. The main asset I wanted to focus on was the track going through the middle of the circle.
The image simulates a faux 3D, which I have been trying to emulate, but not yet succeeded.
My idea would be to essentially unwrap the "track" and make a mesh in that shape and then use a spline wrap to shape it round the circle and add animation and deformers that way.
But if there was a better option that gave more flexibility, and less steps. Then please share.

      Thank you

        Hi tie-version,

Here is a little setup. Adjust it to your liking. I hope it inspires some ideas.

Or if the frames have to dive into the strip, left and right
