When I convert C4D standard materials to Redshift, I have to toggle the objects off and on in order for the texture to appear on the object - and I often have LOTS of objects. Surely there's a step I'm missing in the process? Maybe like a "refresh all textures" button?

        Hi fordmar,

I have no idea what the setup is on your side, but things are getting first converted, and then the new material is internally optimized, which can take a while. Any kind of user input does not accelerate this process.

Test a scene and let it sit for a while. If that is not working, and with hundreds of materials that might take a while, please get in touch with tech support.

I have checked it with the current version; as things might change, I do not answer from memory. Here is my screen capture. Yes, only a few materials.

Ah! I'm so used to things happening magically in C4D, the thought that I have to be patient seems oddly off brand. But makes perfect sense, of course. But you never know...

Thank you for your reply, fordmar.

Yes, the preparation is the initiation, so things run better afterwards.

            My best wishes
