Cloner object axis problem

I have cloner objects cloned to the vertices of a spline. I'm trying to animate a Bend modifier on the spline, but when the Bend Strength goes above 12 degrees, the clones flip 90 degrees. How can I prevent this?

CV4_2024_drs_24_MGcd_01.c4dThere is now a second Spline as Rail, which is pretty much a Target function.
I had to replace the Spline, as it seemed like something was off with them.You could also use a Matrix Object to Deform, and then use the Matrix as Mode> Object
