      Hello!

I'd like to make a group of stairs on a large curved wall. How can I do that? Thanks! JavierStairsToCurvedWall01.c4d

The stairs in the scene sample are just reference. They can be modified. And they must be on the wall

          Hi Javier,

          Thanks for the file!
I used your references without adjusting them to any typically used formula.
(There is a formula that makes staircases easy to walk, 2h+1V=63cm)

The Radius of the Cylinder is the number in the Radius of the Cloner. The outside part has a Radius plus the stair width.

Or do you wanted is around the Cylinder?

          Is that working for you?

          Cheers

Hello! Both are fine! But inside the cylinder.

The curved version has several stairs. How can I make it a single one?

Hello! I have another question related to the stairs. How can I make a curved, spline, handrail that goes from the top to the bottom? I'm having problems to get the exact shape of the stairs. See scene. Thanks!

                          Hi Javier,

I see that as a similar question, typically new questions should be in a new thread, otherwise it is hard to search and read. Thank you.

                          Also: thanks for the file.

Here is a handrail that follows the Cloner Settings.

Hello! I see two problems in this solution; I'd like to make the handrail one single piece, like made of concrete. And I need to make another group of stairs shorter in the same cylinder. Besides I see many elements! So, is there no good option to make it simple, like the first sample I enclosed with helix & sweep? Thanks again!

                              Hi Javier,

The setup was designed to follow the staircase in case of a change.

That is no problem; here is the simplest way to create it, but any change on the stairs needs attention on its own.

The other one seemed too complex for me! Thanks a lot! That's done with it!
