Earth atmosphere help
-
I'm remastering a project I did for Space.com years ago.
https://1drv.ms/v/s!AhqezjGsboVdhNouHbY4F8YmgHz06g?e=NnsUVjI've been following this tutorial on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3e_gGGJCpyU&t=674s) about how to create a realistic Earth using Redshift and Cinema 4D and I'm running into an issue with the texture of the Earth streaking through the atmosphere object like its passing through glass.
https://1drv.ms/i/s!AhqezjGsboVdu-84sgJ7LWA6G2dHdQ?e=vbfls8I think I understand why it's doing it but I cannot for the life of me figure out a solution. Any suggestions?
Here are the project files:

Hi Motion_Shane,
I have created a little example; while the time slider sits on frame 55, I hope I got the best balance. Perhaps frame 48? Your idea might vary; please have a look between frames 0 and 96 at what could fit your scene. The key to fine-tuning it might be in the Fog-Curve and the light inside the Sphere> Details> Volume adjustment.
I got the scene, but it gives me a lot of error messages. Are you not getting any of these? If you don't mind, if there is a problem in the future, reduce the file to the core problem, which helps a lot. You might be familiar with your scene. Thank you.
You might have a different setup. Please check with tech support if you get those error messages:

One drive sometimes shows problems, and yes, it should be safe, but so far, the five above have shown to work all the time, and I stick with it for security reasons anyway.
Enjoy your project
