    Hi Dr.Sassi!
I have to make several stairs attached to circular walls of different diameters. Right now, I'm using radial clone & steps. I got the right Y angle but I'm lost to adjust the number of steps with this angle. I'd like to have the same Y orientation but just less steps. If I change the Steps effector, the Y angle changes. Seems a basic question but right now stuck! ThanksWallCircularStairs01.c4d

      Hi Capprim,

      Please have a look here:

Use the HUD slider or the User Data slider

The Cube should have its Axis on the start, not in the middle, if you need extreme changes.

I left the vertical size of the results at the same level; however, if the radius changes more dramatically, this might become an issue. I had no information about this, but it is possible to have the outcome with a similar step (per step- vertically).

Besides the outcome height: Typically, the formula for this (DIN 18065) is "two-step horizontal + step size vertical = 63.5 cm" or similar 59-65cm) to allow for comfortable use of the stairs. I'm unclear how far that must be integrated into your project.

      All the best

Hi Dr.Sassi! Thanks for your solution. Let me ask you; my original scene worked fine adapting to all curved walls. Will be possible to reduce the number of steps (clones) to half up to the cube added, without changing the angle, shape, etc ? Seems this option harder! Thanks again

As before, change the Radius in the Cloner.

          Have a great weekend
