Morph and point index issues

I have a problem with Morphing a character. I have two facial expressions, both models have the same number of polygons, but I think the point index is different, how can I fix this?

I found a solution using the Mesh Deformer to recreate the different poses morph

I have no idea how often those things appear on your screen, but allow me a tip: joints might be more adaptable here to various meshes.
