      I made a Cloner of area lights but I want a random color in the lights. How can I do this.

      Cinema4D user since R8
      MacBookPro M1

        Make sure the randomness, if using a Random effector, has a minimum of 0 NOT -100 in the "Effector" Tab - MIN/MAX
        Also the Light at the Top of the "Object" Tab settings, under "Type-Area" says "Blend Object Color". Turn that ON AND make the Light Color darker so that ONLY the mograph color is used. NOT black, but really dark. You will see.
