Sorry that you run into trouble, and I do not just write this, I just battled weeks with a different (3rd party) app, crashing on start. I hope it is fixed ASAP!

I saw some minor trouble with RS Toons in the "usual channels" I checked, but if your problem has the same source as others, support needs to determine it. It might not be fixed unless it is defined based on your input. Thanks for considering.
