Effector one by one

I'd like to know if it's possible to modify objects in a cloner one by one. I have a cloner with cubes and I'd like to move my cubes up 100 cm on the Y axis. But I don't want them all to go up at once, I'd like them to go up one at a time. Is this possible? And with a slider?

And I don't want to use the Linear Field, I'd like it to be in relation to the index.
