Bringing a C4D Camera into AE

Hello,
I'm sure this must be easy but I seem to be missing something here. I have made a simple animation of an object that I wish to export as an OBJ sequence so I can bring it into Trapcode Form or Particular. I'm all fine up that point, but in my C4D scene I also animated a camera, I now want to bring that camera into AE but I can't seem to figure it out.
How do I get my CD4 camera into AE?

Hi David,
I would use Cineware and extract the camera from the Cineware Menu. Then, it would be available for all in that "comp."
Select the camera in the viewer after extraction.I have just tested it, as I do not answer from memory here, with Adobe Ae 24.2.1 (I will check the newest version as well and report if there is any change)
