Getting Weird Artifacts When Rendering

As you can see by the render, I sometimes get these weird white lines when I render. I was not getting them, but now I am. I am using the toon shader and Redshift.

Thanks for using Dropbox. Please do not use the Link-code-setup, I had asked IT to shut it off, as everyone needs to see what link is clicked. Anything else is not secure for anyone to use. I have changed it, in case you wonder.
What is going on in the scene is not in the images. Before you share more images, please don't. What I need is a project file. So I can see the material setup, the light, the camera settings, etc.
If the scene itself can't be shared, I'm sure it should be simple to place a few cubes into the scene instead and share it if it produces the same problems. I'm happy to explore it.
