Survey & Discipline Video listings

Hi

When accessing external video (EJ Light solo vid) when closing the youtube tab it throws up what looks like an incomplete embeded survey (Guess it is now just for testing) . Also if I for example choose discipline in the site, the nav numbers / arrows don't go through pages of content. It loses the list and when refreshing the page it goes back to the search results but has moved everything to page 2 which I can then navigate through (Hope that helps / makes sense)
